At Kartforhealth.com, We always try our level best to make your experience best with us & for the same reason we have a dedicated team of experts who check every single order before its shipment but still in 1% case if you get something wrong then we shall refund your amount based on the conditions listed below:
You receive an expired product;
You receive a damaged item
The ordered item is lost or damaged in transit.
We will refund only if:-
1) Product to be returned is unused & is in its original condition.
2) It’s available with its original price tags, labels, and barcode. In the case of strips, only full unopened strips can be returned.
NOTE: Payment refund will only be made via the original payment method of your order. Please allow approx 5-7 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

Abroad orders refund policy
Abroad orders have to go through the Customs after the shipment and sometimes few orders get stuck which later affects the given order’s delivery time, also in few cases custom destroys the order(packet) due to its own rules & regulations, so in both of these cases if a customer asks for the order refund, then in that case we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges+shipped medicine value as per the discussion with the vendors.
Also, in any case, if a customer refuses to take the order delivery due to his/her own reasons, then we will be not able to refund any amount.
Here at kartforhealth.com, we totally depend on our vendors for the product arrangement because we do not have any own stock of the products with us. So, if the order cancellation request is received prior to the order being arranged from our vendor, a refund will be made after taking cancellation charge of Rs. 100 or 10%, whichever is higher. We take this cancellation charge as once arranged, vendors do not take these products back at their original purchase cost.
NOTE: Once the order is arranged/shipped there will be no order cancellation.

1) Generally, the delivery time of these imported products is of approx 1-3 weeks, but in 1% cases, few products get stuck in the custom so in that case delivery to you may take some more time.
2) Once your payment accepted and confirmed by us to you, any kind of refund or order cancellation would not be possible as once product arranged foreign vendors don’t take it back due to their own policies.
We have a dedicated & an experienced team for the safe packing of liquid items & with that to ship those liquid items we have a tie up with some of the big shipping companies who know how to handle such items very well, but still a 1 % chance is there that your product may get damaged in transit, So in such a case, we accept no liability and no refund will be processed.
